I love finding cool new helper apps. iConcertCal works directly with iTunes. It searches your music database and cross references it with concert calendars on the web like JamBase.com (among many others). Once installed, you can view upcoming shows for artists in your database.
This would work particularly well for local or regional artists. Of course, they have to be in your iTunes music database, but shouldn’t they be already?
