How Could You???

So, I’m watching What Not To Wear’s behind-the-scenes show (yes, I’m a nerd and no, I’m not gay), and they are standing outside a store in New York with the director talking about how difficult it is to shoot in packed clothing stores in Manhattan.
Right next to the store is a Pizza Hut. Now, no offense to Pizza Hut, Dominos or any other chain pizza place, but who in their right mind eats pizza from a chain in New York City??? That’s like getting a cheesesteak sandwich from Subway in Philadelphia or eating at General Joe’s in Hong Kong.
With all the incredible New York style pizza at mom and pop joints all over the city, why in God’s name would you opt for Pizza Hut? I live in Houston and I’ll drive 20 minutes out of my way for a good New York style pizza. No way in hell I’d hit up a Pizza Hut in Manhattan.
Perhaps I’m a pizza snob.
Pizza Hut is for the tourists — no self-respecting New Yorker would let his mugger eat that, let alone put it in his own mouth.
