I’ve been reading about Jana Hunter on Skyline Network and in a couple other Houston publications recently. I will be the first to admit that I’m not totally into her music. It just isn’t my kind of thing, in all honesty, but she’s clearly got talent and being a fellow H-Town product makes it really easy for me to root for her.
Today, I saw a mention of her in Stereogum’s Quit Your Day Job column even plugging her current position working at Star Pizza along with one of the singles from her CD.
She is very talented and it’s great to see a Houston artist represent on some very good music blogs like Stereogum. You go, girl.
