Faith Hill’s Photshop-tastic Transformation for Redbook

Pretty much everyone understands that magazines touch up photos to make the people in them look…er…better? The folks over at Jezebel (my new favorite celeb blog) give us a look at what the hell happened to Faith Hill on the cover of Redbook. Here are the before and after images:

What the holy hell? She looks like she hasn’t eaten in a month in the after shot. I love how Redbook’s tagline for the story about her and her husband is “what’s normal about them (and what’s not).” I’ll tell you what isn’t “normal” - that boney ass arm you left her with isn’t freaking normal!!! For Christ sake, the woman isn’t 19 and partying with Lindsay every night.
Jezebel gives their distort-by-numbers version of how they think it went in the photo editing room.
Speaking as a dude, um, Redbook, she looked freaking hotter in the original photo!!! Yes, crows feet and all. Gah! It’s no wonder women hold themselves up to impossible standards. The standards aren’t even real.
