Surprise! You’re Destroyed!

Today, I saw the name of a company on the side of a car that made me think. The name was Ambush Demolition. I even found their website here.
What I found interesting was the name: Ambush. I’m sure they are a reputable business that does fantastic work, but am I the only one who feels mildly terrified by the thought of someone sneaking up on you and demolishing your house, business, car, whatever?
It’s like waking up one morning to the sound of a wrecking ball collapsing your roof. You run outside and there’s a big group of people out there, probably shepherded by Ty Pennington, yelling, “Surprise! You’re being demolished by AMBUSH DEMOLITION!!!”
Um, ok, what? That may not be at the top of the list of things I’d like to be surprised by. Just a thought.
So very funny. You’re absolutely right; a weird name implying a Jackass-style prank, not a valid business.
Although I might be cool with my house being demolished if Ty Pennington were in my front yard. Naked.
My guess is, “Punk’d” was already taken. And I’m not sure I wouldn’t want Ty to show up instead of Ashton.
It’s probably really good for those folks who need something demolished that they’re sentimentally attached to. “Please! Don’t tell me what time or day you’re going to wreck my childhood home! Just, y’know, try & make it quick and painless…”
